Program Overview

By providing your mobile phone number to HomeHaven Group LLC ("HomeHaven", "we", "us", or "our"), you consent to receive automated text messages (SMS/MMS) from HomeHaven and our authorized partners regarding your manufactured home financing inquiry, loan application status, available financing options, and related services.

Message Frequency

Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and loan status. You may receive up to 10 messages per month. Messages may include loan status updates, document requests, appointment reminders, and financing options.

Message & Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier will apply to all SMS/MMS messages sent and received. Please contact your mobile carrier for pricing plans and details.

Opt-Out Instructions

You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After texting STOP, you will receive one final confirmation message. You may also contact us directly at the phone number or email address provided in our messages.

For help or questions about SMS messages, text HELP to any message you receive from us, or contact our support team during business hours.

Privacy & Data Use

Your mobile phone number and message history are subject to our Privacy Policy. We do not sell or share your mobile phone number with third parties for their marketing purposes. Your information may be shared with authorized lending partners solely to fulfill your financing inquiry.

Carrier Disclaimer

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Service may not be available on all carriers or in all geographic areas.
