What we do is listen, ask the right questions, and connect you to the lender best suited to your situation — then your HomeHaven advisor sits with you on a 15-minute phone call and walks you through the lender's application line by line.

Step 2

Book your free 15-minute advisor call.

A HomeHaven advisor calls you at a time you choose. They'll review what you shared, talk through your home options, and explain which lender fits your situation best.

Step 3

Your advisor fills out the lender application with you on the call.

Once you and your advisor agree on the right lender, they walk you through that lender's application live on the phone. You answer the questions; they handle the paperwork. The lender takes it from there — and as part of processing your application, the lender (not HomeHaven) runs a credit check. That only happens when you decide to apply, never during the quiz or the call itself.
